The MNR College of Engineering & Technology (MNRCET) was established in 2008 at MNR-HERA (Higher Education & Research Academy ) Campus, Sangareddy, Telangana State in a magnificent building surrounded by serene and tranquil ambience, with a constructed area of 2,50,787 sq ft. The College has been recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has been affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad so far. It has world-class infrastructure and well-equipped laboratories to cater to the needs of students who are guided by and supervised by well experienced and highly qualified faculty. The College provides training for all students to get them placed in highly reputed National & International Companies & organizations. Most of it’s graduates were placed in reputed companies like Infosys, TCS, Google, Amazon,  Capgemini and other reputed companies. The College is now governed by the MNR University. With the rich experience gained so far, The MNR University wishes to start certain UG programmes from the AY 2022-23.

The College is headed by an able administrator and academician, Dr. E.L. Nagesh, Dean, who is an illustrious alumnus of JNT University, Hyderabad. He has good research track record with publications in national and international journals. Four PhDs have been awarded under his guidance. He is a member of Boards of Studies  of several prestigious institutions. He is known to be a committed teacher and eminent researcher.

Computer Science & Engineering

The field of computer science and engineering surpasses almost all other departments.   Computer science and engineering is divided into two disciplines: computer hardware design: electronic tools, dig systems, computer architecture, and an understanding of design methods for the IT workshop: • Unix-shell programming lab.  Advanced Data Structures [(C ++] Lab. Object Oriented Programming Java) Lab.  Understanding a Software Design Database Database Management Systems [Oracle) Lab includes Unified Modeling (UMLI Labs). The College offers the following degree programmes in the Department.

Electronics & Communication Engineering

The Electronics and Communication Engineering Division has been playing a key role in producing quality engineers since its inception in 2008.  This section is one under the graduate program focusing on the great potential and demand for new communication technologies to meet the ever-changing requirements of technical expertise in all fields of electronics and communication engineering such as VLSI design, embedded systems, telecommunication signals.  The department aims to impart the latest knowledge in this field to its students.  To accomplish this, the rapidly changing technology program contents of the Electronic Circuits hardware lab with laboratories equipped with various advanced equipment. The College offers the following degree programmes in the Department.

Employment Opportunities for B.Tech CSE, AI &ML, AI&DS and ECE (IoT) Graduates

B.Tech CSE, B.Tech CSE (AI&ML), B.Tech CSE (AI&DS) and B.Tech ECE (IoT) graduates are in great demand now in India and abroad particularly in view of the 21st Century requirements in the fields of frontier and cutting edge technologies like CSE, AI&DS, AI&ML, IoT etc all over the World. They find employment either through campus placements or off-campus recruitments by reputed software and hardware national and multinational companies with highly lucrative salaries. Apart from this, they are recruited by state and central government departments and public sector undertakings like Electricity corporations, IT Departments at state and central level. Private sectors such as education, banks, rural development, healthcare organisations, manufacturing industries etc. have also high demand for these graduates. Premier organisations engaged in consultancy services, Information Technology, Robotics, Aviation industry, E-solutions employ these graduates and at times there is short fall of graduates. These graduates can also go for Indian Engineering Services for placements in Railways, Defense and other Central Government Departments. In recent times, engineering graduates are achieving UPSC Civil Services Exams and Group Services in the State Government. Those interested in academics can also pursue M.Tech/MS/ Ph. D in India and Abroad to find jobs in academic and research organizations/universities.
